This characteristic villa on several levels is situated in a quiet cul de sac and 50 meters from a shared tennis court.The golf clubhouse is only a 7 minutes walk via a private gate, the Nartelle beach is only 2km and the town Sainte Maxime is only a 5 minutes drive away.

The large main terrace is partly covered by a tiled roof and sun blinds and has a seating area, a barbecue, a dining table suitable for 10 people, several sun beds and recliners and is the perfect place to relax, swim and enjoy outdoor dining.

The other side of the villa is a flood lit table tennis area and a full size basketball net. At night time the pool, various tropical plants and a huge 10 meter high parasol tree can be atmospherically lit.
