Post impact drill
This is a great drill to feel the perfect post impact position. From
the address position push the ball forward keeping the triangle between
the shoulders, arms and hands intact. The hips should open and the
weight should shift on to the front foot. NB: Be careful to avoid any
wrist manipulation.
