This is it!!

After giving up smoking more then 12 months ago it was inevitable that I would put on loads of weight, however 22kilos is a massive amount to put on in one year!!! So today after 2 weeks of very successful dieting, 4 and a half kilos lost, I started the 'Couch to 5K' NHS running plan.This running plan was developed to help absolute beginners get into running. It was developed by a novice runner, Josh Clark, who decided to write a plan to help his fiftysomething mum get off the couch and start running too. The plan involves three runs per week, with a day of rest in between, with a different plan for each of the nine weeks. Click here to read more
